Having started Henchards in 2003, Director Ian Parker knows first-hand what it’s like to face the complex challenges of running a business. He also has extensive corporate experience, with a career spanning high-level positions in sales, marketing, customer service and operations. Ian has been a senior manager and director of both large corporates and start-ups, helping him develop a strong strategic vision. In addition, Ian has served as a pension trustee and a volunteer mentor, helping the long-term unemployed start their own business.
Frances Cassell has been working with Henchards since 2012. Prior to joining the team, Frances enjoyed an 18-year marketing career that saw her working in a variety of industries at senior level. With her wealth of expertise and experience, she works closely with Ian to help drive Henchards’ ongoing business development activities.

Over the past years we have supported numerous charities, raising funds and providing pro bono support, both directly and through our local business network. We are currently supporting Woking & Sam Beare Hospices.
Woking & Sam Beare Hospices is a patient-led charity that delivers specialist palliative care to people who have advanced life-limiting conditions, as well as supporting their carers and families.
CornerHouse is a charity offering emotional and wellbeing support for people aged 18+ who are affected by a wide range of mental health issues.
Kids for Kids helps children in Darfur, Sudan, who live lives of inexcusable and unimaginable hardship through goat loan, so families can help themselves.
Bloodwise funds world-class research into all types of blood cancer, changing the lives of people living with leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other types of blood.
